By means of the present notification, Virutex, S.A., with Tax ID (NIF) A08391765 and registered address at Av. de la Llana, 57, 08191 Rubí (Barcelona) (Spain), hereby provides information to users, in compliance with Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 from the European Parliament and Council, of April 27, 2016, related to personal data protection (hereinafter, the Regulation), so that they can make the express, free and voluntary decisions about whether they wish to provide the personal data requested of them on the website for the provision of its services.
It also informs them that the purpose of the processing of the data provided by the users is exclusively to handle any requests or queries they make through the present website and, as appropriate, if the users expressly so consent by marking the corresponding box at the bottom of the data form, to send them information on Virutex products that might be of interest to them. It is understood that by submitting your data you are expressly authorizing Virutex, S.A. to process your data for the aforementioned purposes. The consent given, which constitutes the legal basis for processing the data, can be withdrawn at any time, without this affecting the legality of the processing based on the consent given prior to its withdrawal.
